Honing in on Occupancy....

A lot has happened since last we posted.
Framing was completed, rough plumbing, rough electrical, and rough mechanical. A lot of grading had to be reworked on site as a result of tremendous rains. All of our windows with exception of one are in, and the exterior doors will be on in a matter of days.

Insulation has begun.....

Insulation has been applied in the upper level of the house, and framing is complete in all but the upper level. Finishing the cutting for windows now…..lots of work to be done to the site as we have a forecasted break from the rain for a few days…..

Still Raining...

Monday was a great weather day, and we had a lot of activity onsite. First thing in the morning a second ISBU was brought in for the welders [...]

In the meantime, The ISBU which will house the kitchen , stairwell, etc. has been modified a great deal. By having this work take place while the footer [...]
